Atomix LLC (“Atomix”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates atomixresearch.com (“Site”) and is committed to providing high-quality products as well as excellent customer service. The Returns & Refunds Policy below describes the procedures we follow to handle returns, refunds, and modifications of orders.

General Policy:

• No Returns/Refunds: All of the items sold in our store are under strict quality control. Thus, we do not accept returns or refunds for most orders once they have been shipped.
• Exceptions: Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Atomix under exceptional circumstances only. If you believe you are eligible for a refund because of an issue with your order, please email us at contact@atomixresearch.com with full details and supporting evidence.

Order Modifications/Cancellations:

• Changes: Changes to an order can be made within 1 hour of placing the order. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
• Cancellations: In order to request an order cancellation, one must do so by email prior to the item shipping. Once shipped, the order can’t be canceled.

Shipping Information:

• Shipping Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT, excludes federal holidays.
• Shipping Methods: We use UPS, USPS, and FedEx for delivery.
• Shipping Destinations: We currently deliver to the United States and its territories.
• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will be e-mailed tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us.
